President and founder of the firm, has been a real estate broker for over 30 years.
He received his B.S. from Manhattan College, Master of Science from New York University, and is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School.
In addition to local, state, and national realtor organizations, Mr. DeLuca is also a past director of the Bergen County Listing Service (now, The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service) and is the former president and director of the Harmon Cove II Condominium Association.
