Mark Deluca

President and founder of the firm, has been a real estate broker for over 30 years. He received his B.S. from Manhattan College, Master of Science from New York University, and is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School.

In addition to local, state, and national realtor organizations, Mr. DeLuca is also a past director of the Bergen County Listing Service (now, The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service) and is the former president and director of the Harmon Cove II Condominium Association.

OUR AGENTS

The firm was founded in December 1983. At this time, it consisted of one office, a Broker, four associates and a secretary. We have since grown to two sales offices, a Company President, two Sr. Vice Presidents, 60 associates, two office managers, one office administrator and a bookkeeper. We also retain an advertising and public relations agency, which handles promotional, and advertising placement, a printer handling our promotional material, a graphic designer, photographer, accountant and financial planner

We are members of the National Association of Realtors, The NJ Association of Realtors, Eastern Bergen Board and Liberty Board of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Hudson and The Garden State Multiple Listing Services; we have computer access to each MLS as well as to the internet.

Residential Sales have been our specialty for the past 20 years. During that time, we have sold over one billion dollars worth of property throughout the "Gold Coast" area of Eastern Bergen and Hudson Counties.

In addition our Residential Home Sales Division, we also handle condominium and cooperative sales and sales of small commercial and investment properties. We have a Rental Division, Property Management Division, Investment Division and Relocation Division.
