Hickory Hill is a luxury condo community complsed of elegant townhomes, as well as single family houses. The community was completed in 2006. This relatively new community provides 24 hour security for privacy and offers a pool, clubhouse and exercise room for all of Hickory Hill's residents to enjoy. The communily consists of 125 manor townhomes and 88 single family homes.

The Manor Townhomes range in size from 2,350 sq. ft. to over 2,700 sq. ft. (optional square footage may be added by finishing the basement). They offer two, three and four bedrooms (one with the master bedroom on the first floor), two car garages, full basements and many other luxury features and appointments.

The Estate Single Family Homes range in size from 2,500 to 3,800 sq. ft. They include four bedrooms, full basements, two or three car garages and many other fabulous features and appointemnts.
