  • Collect the rent. This includes any follow-up phone calls, letters or filing eviction papers that might be done in order to collect the rent, late fees, etc...
  • Pay any on-going bills such as mortgage, maintenance, taxes, insurance and any repair bills incurred, if you wish.
  • Monitor the condition of your property, making sure the tenant is complying with the lease.
  • Furnish monthly financial statements.
  • Forward excess funds to you monthly or an account you designate.
